Monday Motivation (Water Challenge Complete)

Good morning beautiful, yesterday ended my 7-day water challenge, and oh boy it was a challenge for real.

I started the week out on the right foot. I had my infused strawberry, lemon, and mint water and was living my best water life. As the days progressed, my bladder felt weak, and the thought of running to the bathroom every 5 minutes wasn’t ideal. I was becoming frustrated and defeated by this.

As the middle of the week came, I was ready to give up. I didn’t think I could do it, but the ladies within the group were uplifting and made me feel I could do it. Well, challenge excepted!

My goal was to drink 84oz of water or more a day. The reality, I did not meet my expected goal. I came up short multiple times that week because I am not a water drinker. Each day I challenged myself to drink a bottle a day or more if I could. I challenged myself to get out of my comfort zone by doing one thing I hated, and that was drinking water.

I may not have crushed my goal of 84oz a day, but I did drink water, which was a challenge all in itself. There were a few days I drank 64oz, and other days I only made it to 32oz, but at the end of the day, I did it.

In life, you may not always complete the challenge. As long as you strive towards the goal, you are still a conqueror.

Today, challenge yourself to work towards a goal. Whether it’s doing better at work, drinking water, or starting your business, work towards the goal, and eventually, you will CRUSH IT!
